In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good wine. We went to the casino as a getaway for a couple of days.got there Wed night late and played till about 4am and I won some money but my other half didn't so we decided to go over to the other casino in Roland and check it out after we got up.well needless to say we didn't win any money but had a great lunch so came back to your casino to gamble for about 4 hrs before returning home I saw on one of the machines that they had a Breast Cancer t-shirt they were givin away, I was very excited so I immediately went to the rewards desk to find out about it and was told that it was for new members only I tried to explain to them that my mother had just passed away of Breast Cancer and that I was more than willing to pay for it and was told that I couldn't purchase it because it was not for sale and that I was already a member.I understand you have a policy but I wasn't asking for it for FREE I wanted to buy 3 t-shirts for me and my sisters because this weekend is the Race for the Cure in Little Rock and it would have been a great shirt to wear.according to the desk people there was no one available to talk to about this so I was very unhappy with the rewards team at the desk,not sure if we will be returning as I am very disappointed in the service I got. Many guests come here to try nicely cooked seafood.
